• Eat More of Vegetables: - Vegetables have a negative caloric value i.e. When you eat vegetables, the calories you require to digest them is much more than the calories you get from eating them. This way, you end up with a negative caloric value. Apart from this, vegetables are healthy and keep your muscles alive, and they add no fat to the body.

• Eat Snacks In Between Meals: - You can take snacks with you to work to cover for periods when you cannot sneak out to go and eat. Pita roll ups with salad will not be a bad idea. Do not even think about going to the eatery to buy those high caloric snacks as they are the reason for the weight you have gained.
