� Drink water. I know you hate to drink water because it is not sweet. I told you before, sweet things are not good for you now and this is why you should replace them with pure unflavored water. Water helps to increase your body metabolism and it also helps your body to discard water weight. Coffee will not do this, neither will soda or soft drinks do. Only pure water can do that, therefore it is always advisable to drink between 8-10 glasses of water per day.
� Eat Fiber. Fiber rich foods will help make you feel full faster than any other type of food and this will reduce how much food you take in. It is not as if you will be starving yourself, you will only be eating what makes you full. The fibre stays in your tummy longer and knocks out the feeling of hunger for a while longer.
