Say no to alcohol. We all have heard of beer belly. Again, when our body digests alcohol, most of the fat is stored in the stomach area, leading to big tummy and bulging abdomen.
Avoid refined foods, like sugar, refined flour etc.
Exercise. You should get into any type of exercise or out door activity that interest you. This will help you in reducing weight and also keep your stress levels within check.
