How to Lose Lots of Weight Quickly With Diet?

This is a question which comes to our mind when we do not want to work out and still want to lose weight. Is it possible? How can I lose lots of weight quickly with diet? Can I do it all?

The answer is yes. You can lose lots of fat with diet. Here, I am not talking dieting in any conventional sense. That is where you reduce your calorie intake drastically. Here by dieting I mean sensible and balanced eating. It does not mean starvation.

The fundamental principle is, you should have increased metabolism for reducing weight. Now if you reduce your calorie consumption, your metabolic rate also goes down. This is natural. If you consume lesser calories you burn fewer calories and therefore reduced metabolic rate. In certain cases you metabolism slows down by as much as 45- 50%. And this makes weight loss extremely difficult, notwithstanding the amount of exercises that you do.

The idea is to keep giving your body fuel through out the day. Meaning eating 5-6 times a day. But make sure you eat raw fruits and raw vegetables also. This helps in cleansing your system inside out.

Your every meal should be centered on proteins, but should have carbs and some fats also. These are also essential for body.

Skip carbs after sunset. It makes a lot of sense to avoid carbs for dinner. At night the metabolism is slow, therefore it will take longer time to digest the carbs. A better idea will be to have fresh soup for dinner, with a big bowl of salad (with light dressing). This will be light on your system and will keep you full. Make sure to eat foods that burn fat.
